Shopping Information

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We send all our orders with the Dutch post-company PostNL. For shippings to addresses outside the Netherlands, they will transfer the package to the main post-company of that country.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

This depends on the delivery-time in your country. Orders placed before 15:00 will be shipped the same day. If you live in the Netherlands the order will normally be delivered the next day.

Can I order things that are not in stock?

No, our online shop shows the actual stock, it means that we do not have any left. Sometimes we will restock some pieces, keep an eye on our Facebook and newsletter to be updated!

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, JETPAQ ships worldwide.

What are the shipping costs?

The delivery costs can be calculated on the cart and the check-out page. (add a product first). On the right side of the page you can find ‘calculate shipping costs’, fill in you country and address to see the exact costs.

The shipping charge will be added to your order and clearly visible on your receipt. The shipping is based on the weight of the package and the destination country.

Can I follow my order?

Yes, you receive a track and trace number as soon as the order left the studio! You will receive this track and trace in your e-mail.

 

Product Information

Where do I find the care-instructions?

You can find care instructions for each product on it’s label. In the box with your online order, we will add a little note with instructions too. You can also read our care instructions on each product page how to treat your garment.

There is a stain in my product, what to do?

Enjoy them and consider them as the beauty of the product! All our items are handmade, hand-dyed and hand screen printed in the Netherlands. So yes, those stains are meant to be there and make every product unique.
Those stains were there anyway, so let’s play!

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

The JETPAQ online-store works with: IDEAL, Mister Cash and PayPal. Also we accept credit cards: Maestro, Visa and Mastercard.

At our online store it’s always safe. We work with a secured partner for all our payments.

Orders and Returns

How do I place an Order?

To place an order, you just add the items you like to you cart (by clicking on add to cart on the product’s page). Once you have everything you need, you simply click on the picture of a cart right above your page. You can follow the steps after ‘go to check-out’ and everything after that will be very clear, if not, contact us on info@jetpaq.com.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Most of our orders will be shipped on the same day. To cancel your order, please call or email us immediately. If your order is already sent, the order will be processed as a return.

The item that I bought is now on sale, can I get the difference refunded?

No, all sale prices are final and the prices displayed in the online shop are accurate. All costs are clearly stated in the checkout process before anything charged on your credit card. When proceeding with your purchase, you accept the price.

How Can I Return a Product?

Returning articles is fast and easy.

Orders can be returned to our online-store within 7 days. It is allowed to use a smaller box or envelope, to save money on sending costs.

Upon delivery of your purchased items online, you will receive a return form. Send your package or envelope back to:

It’s not possible to exchange items.

When we have received your return, you will receive an email to confirm it. We will refund the amount within 7 days (the sending costs will not be returned!)

What if I have forgotten my password?

If you have forgotten your password, go to the login page, and click on the button: ‘Lost your password?’. This will allow you to type in the e-mail address you registered your account with and a new password will be sent to that e-mail address directly.
